MEET THE FOUNDER
CRYSTAL SHURETT
With over 10 years of real estate experience, Crystal has successfully managed all aspects of the real estate transaction process from pre-listing to contract to close. Crystal specializes in detail-oriented work and is highly organized. Her knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations ensures that all paperwork is compliant with current standards in order to provide exceptional customer service. She also has extensive experience working with clients, vendors, and other agents, which makes her a great asset in building relationships and managing customer expectations. Crystal also has experience creating and managing databases, coordinating showings, scheduling inspections, and social media marketing.

Crystal began her real estate journey flipping and selling houses with her family in 2012. While obtaining her Master’s Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, she worked for a statewide real estate coaching company as the marketing and training director and worked with hundreds of agents to help streamline and revolutionize their business. After graduating, Crystal worked as an engineer for a local architecture firm but maintained her passion for real estate. She began selling full-time again in 2019 and has been a top producing agent in the Birmingham area for the last few years.
